개요
이 문서는 YouTube 채널 소유자가 본인 채널의 댓글을 관리하기 위해
개인적으로 사용하는 자동화 도구(“이 도구”)의 개인정보 처리방침을
설명합니다. 이 도구는 일반 대중에게 배포되지 않으며, 채널 소유자
본인만 사용하는 내부용 프로그램입니다.
수집하는 정보
이 도구는 Google이 제공하는 YouTube Data API v3를 통해 다음 정보에
접근합니다.
– 채널 소유자 본인이 관리하는 YouTube 채널에 달린 댓글
(원문, 작성자 정보, 게시 시각)
– 위 댓글에 대한 답글을 게시하고, 스팸성 댓글을 숨김 처리할 수
있는 권한
이를 위해 다음 OAuth 권한 범위(scope)를 사용합니다.

정보 사용 목적
수집된 댓글 정보는 다음 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
– 시청자 댓글에 대한 답글 초안을 자동으로 생성하고, 채널 소유자의
검토 및 승인을 거쳐 게시
– 스팸성/도배성 댓글을 자동으로 식별하여 숨김 처리
– 신규 업로드 영상에 안내용 고정 댓글 게시
정보 저장 및 보관
– 수집된 댓글과 답글 데이터는 채널 소유자의 개인 컴퓨터에 로컬로
저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
– 제3자와 데이터를 공유, 판매, 대여하지 않습니다.
– 광고 목적으로 데이터를 사용하지 않습니다.
접근 권한 철회
채널 소유자는 언제든지 Google 계정 설정
(myaccount.google.com → 보안 → 타사 앱 및 서비스)에서
이 도구의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy — Comment Automation Tool

Overview
This document describes the privacy practices of a comment
automation tool (“the Tool”) used personally by a YouTube channel
owner to manage comments on their own channel(s). This Tool is not
distributed to the public and is used solely as an internal,
personal-use program by the channel owner.
Information We Access
Through the YouTube Data API v3, the Tool accesses the following
information:
– Comments posted on YouTube channels managed by the channel owner
(comment text, author information, and posting timestamps)
– Permission to post replies to those comments and to hide
spam/abusive comments
To do this, the Tool uses the following OAuth scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl
How Information Is Used
Collected comment data is used solely for the following purposes:
– Automatically generating draft replies to viewer comments, which
are then reviewed and approved by the channel owner before posting
– Automatically identifying and hiding spam or abusive comments
– Posting a pinned informational comment on newly uploaded videos
Data Storage and Retention
– Collected comment and reply data is stored locally on the channel
owner’s personal computer and is never transmitted to any external
server.
– Data is never shared, sold, or rented to third parties.
– Data is never used for advertising purposes.
Revoking Access
The channel owner may revoke the Tool’s access at any time via
Google Account settings
(myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account
access).
